Ashling

The beasts came back with the dark, and one by one the guardian fires went out. Only one is left, and it's you.
Ashling is a short, punishing roguelite where you play the campfire itself. You walk through a night forest that never ends, aim your fire with the mouse and drag spell cards into your own flames to get stronger. Everything you walk over catches fire.

- A new wave every 30 seconds, ready or not, and a boss every 5.
- Beasts drop embers. Pick them up to fill the ember bar and draw a fresh hand of cards.
- Drag one card into the fire. The other three are thrown away, so every pick counts.
- Spin the class wheel at waves 5, 10 and 15 and grow into one of 12 final classes.
- Follow the golden arrow, light three beacons and wake the Flame Devourer.

- Over 70 cards: fire, frost, wind and arcane spells, powers that level up, rare passives and synergies.
- 3 legendary Forms that change how you play: a giant Behemoth that tramples everything, a Rootbound flame that never walks, or a Blood Flame that pays health for power. Only one per run.
- 5 pets that evolve, up to an Ember Dragon, a Phoenix, a Colossus, a Nine-Tailed Fox and a Lantern Spirit.
- 12 flame classes, each with a skill of its own.
- 18 kinds of beasts and 5 bosses, each with attacks of its own to dodge.
- A forest that burns. Your trail sets the trees on fire, the wind carries the flames and the rain puts them out. After a fight, nothing is left standing.
- An endless map with swamps, stone fields, lakes, rivers, ruins, villages to defend, shrines and old campfires to relight.
- A night that keeps getting darker until a moonless midnight, with blood moons and thunderstorms along the way.
- Boss Rush and a Daily Night: the same map for everyone that day, with a global leaderboard.
- 4 guardians, 6 weapons that evolve and 12 permanent upgrades, bought with the ashes of each run.

Up to 4 players online with a room code, PC and phone in the same room. Everyone has their own health, cards and embers. If your fire goes out, it turns into an ember a friend can relight. The night only ends when every fire is out.
Rooms created on a phone hold 2 players. Create the room on a PC for 3 or 4.
